In 2010, Domodimonti's new state-of-the-art winery, designed to generate the least amount of visual and ecological impact on the environment, was inaugurated. It is a testament to the continuous drive of producing Natural Wine.
Domodimontiís olive groves are spread across the backdrop of Montefiore dellíAso. They are facing south on clayish soil, rich in minerals with the vicinity of the sea to the east, the protection offered by the mountain chain ìSibilliniî to the west, and an altitude of 300 meters above sea.
