The Estate
The Domodimonti estate is located far from urban centers, where the air is pure and fresh. Hidden away somewhere amidst the costal plans of the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini mountains lies the estate; it offers an ideal climate for sustainable agriculture, and not to mention breathtaking views.
Its new state-of-the-art winery is designed to generate the least amount of visual and ecological disturbances on the local environment, while producing some of Le Marche's most desired wines. The winery was built into a valley such as not to disturb the natural precious scenic beauty of the terroir. Additionally, the 60 kilowatt solar panels, hidden from view, and the reuse of rain water allow Domodimonti to be partially dependent on renewable energy and resources.
It is the marriage between ecological sustainability, and the production of natural products, which defines the cornerstone of Domodimonti’s philosophy.
