Domodimonti's winery is defined by its team of acclaimed professionals: Dott. Carlo Ferrini (Chief Winemaker), Dott. Mirko Morbidoni (Oenologist), and Dott. Moreno Capriotti (Agronomist).
Making an exceptional wine does not only depend on quality grapes, fertile land, ample precipitation or plenty of sun; a highly qualified group of people is also required. A skilled and experienced team is needed to transform the raw materials into a final product of superior quality. At Domodimonti, a team of experienced and dedicated winegrowers, vineyard workers, winery staff, cellar chiefs, winemakers, enologists and agronomists, continuously try to improve the quality of their work. From the pruning team to the enologists, everyone at Domodimonti has a very important role in the winemaking process. Without them, Domodimonti's wines could never attain characteristics which set it apart while maintaining its core philosophy of producing Natural Wine.
