Taste

Based on fine tannins that are present but delicate, this is a generous and fairly fleshy wine that will deserve a stay in the carafe just before serving. Serve at 16°C with a veal scallopini topped with mozzarella cheese and a tomatobasil sauce or pan-fried salmon in a "marchand de vin" sauce.
